Grand Circle
Adventure
(7 Days)
Embark on an extraordinary seven-day journey through some of the most breathtaking national parks in the United States, beginning with a private flight to Jackson Hole. From the geothermal wonders of Yellowstone to the dramatic landscapes of Moab, Canyonlands, and the Grand Canyon, this fast-paced itinerary blends luxury accommodations with immersive outdoor experiences. Though time is limited at each destination, expect unparalleled scenic views, exclusive lodgings, and unforgettable adventures at every turn.
Day 1: Arrival in Jackson Hole & Grand Teton Introduction
- Fly private to Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). (This is a major cost factor – be prepared for a significant expense.)
- Transfer to a luxury lodge near Grand Teton (e.g., Amangani, Four Seasons Jackson Hole). (These are top-tier, expect high prices.)
- Afternoon: Short, guided hike to acclimate to the altitude. (Essential – Jackson Hole is at a high elevation.)
- Evening: Welcome dinner at the lodge.
Day 2: Yellowstone's Geothermal Wonders (Very Tight Schedule)
- Fly private from Jackson Hole to a small airport near Yellowstone’s West Entrance. (Another significant flight cost.)
- Check into a luxury lodge near Old Faithful. (Luxury options inside Yellowstone are limited; you might need to look outside the park.)
- Afternoon: Explore the Lower Loop: Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring. (This is very rushed. These areas are vast, and you’ll only see a fraction.)
- Evening: Dinner at Old Faithful Inn or a gourmet picnic. (Old Faithful Inn can be booked far in advance; a picnic might offer more flexibility given the tight schedule.)
Day 3: Yellowstone's Canyon & Wildlife (Also Rushed)
- Morning: Explore the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. (Again, this is a large area. You’ll likely only see a couple of viewpoints.)
- Afternoon: Drive through Hayden Valley for wildlife viewing. (Hayden Valley is large. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.)
- Evening: Optional: Evening wildlife-watching tour. (If you have time – this day is already packed.)
Day 4: Fly to Moab & Arches National Park (Very Little Time in Arches)
- Fly private from Yellowstone to Moab, Utah. (Another major flight cost.)
- Check into a luxury resort near Arches. (Moab has some excellent options.)
- Afternoon: Hike to Delicate Arch viewpoint. (Delicate Arch requires a 3-mile round-trip hike. This is doable but leaves little time for other Arches features.)
- Evening: Stargazing. (Moab is excellent for stargazing.)
Day 5: Canyonlands & Scenic Flight (Canyonlands Exploration Limited)
- Morning: Explore Canyonlands National Park (Island in the Sky). (Island in the Sky is a district within Canyonlands. You won’t see the other districts in this itinerary.)
- Afternoon: Scenic flight over Canyonlands and the Colorado River. (This is a great way to see a lot in a short time.)
- Evening: Dinner in Moab.
Day 6: Fly to Grand Canyon & Exploration (Grand Canyon Very Briefly Seen)
- Fly private from Moab to an airport near the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. (Another major flight cost.)
- Check into a luxury lodge. (Luxury options near the Grand Canyon can be limited.)
- Afternoon: Explore South Rim viewpoints. (You’ll only have time for a few viewpoints.)
- Evening: Sunset viewing at the Grand Canyon. (A highlight, but again, very rushed.)
Day 7: Departure (Very Early Start Likely)
- Private transfer to Grand Canyon Airport (or a nearby airport) for your departure. (This likely means an early wake-up call to catch your flight.)
